Initial Comments:
An off-site, state licensure follow-up survey conducted on July 7, 2023 found that Homebound Health Services, Inc. had corrected the deficiencies cited under 28 Pa. Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, and Subpart G. Chapter 601. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a state re-licensure survey completed on May 12, 2023.
